    Title: 奈米級TiO2與次磷酸鈉複合觸媒及添加劑對棉織物行無甲醛熱催化防縐加工之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要係以奈米級TiO2(二氧化鈦)與次磷酸鈉(SHP)為複合觸媒,並以1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(1,2,3,4-Butane Tetracarboxylic Acid,BTCA)、琥珀酸(Succinic acid,SUA)、馬來酸(Maleic acid,MA)、檸檬酸(Citric acid,CA)為交鏈劑及硼砂、硼酸、三乙醇胺(TEA)為添加劑對棉織物行無甲醛防縐加工。其中改變TiO2與SHP複合觸媒用量比、交鏈劑與添加劑種類及濃度、熱處理溫度與時間等條件進行加工,探討對棉織物物性之影響(乾、濕縐摺回復角、強力保持率(%)、白度保持率(%)、接枝率(%)、接枝效率(%)及柔軟度增加率(%))。由實驗結果顯示,以TiO2/SHP用量比1/4,且交鏈劑為BTCA時,可使棉織物具有較佳的防縐性,但強力、白度及柔軟度反呈下降。另隨著熱處理溫度、時間及交鏈劑濃度的增加,可有效提昇棉織物的防縐性,但白度及強力卻會呈下降的趨勢。而添加劑系統方面,以TEA添加劑可獲得較好的防縐性,但在白度方面卻些微低於硼酸及硼砂。

    The finishing cotton fabric treated with different mixture ratio of nano particles TiO2 and sodium hypophosphite mononhydrate cataly and curing with the crosslinking agent liquid of 1,2,3,4-Butane Tetracarboxylic acid, Succinic acid, Maleic acid and citric acid and the additive TEA, BORAX, and Boric acid.
    The effects of temperature and time of curing and the concentration of TiO2, sodium hypophosphite mononhydrate and additive TEA, BORAX, and Boric acid on wrinkle recovery angle value and physical properties of treated fabrics were extensively studied. Based on the experimental results, the mixed wenght ratio of mononhydrate cataly TiO2/SHP is 1/4 and treated with BTCA have better wrinkle recovery angle but whiteness, strength and softness are appositive. The wrinkle recovery angle increased with cured temperature, time and crosslinking agent concentration, but whiteness and strength are appositive. Use additive TEA made the wrinkle recovery angle up, but whiteness.
