    Title: 奈米超微粒子對Nomex織物耐光染色堅牢度之改善及物性影響之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要利用不同奈米超微粒子對Nomex染色織物進行後處理,並改變奈米微粒濃度進行加工,來提高Nomex的耐光染色堅牢度,針對不同奈米濃度後處理織物之耐光染色堅牢度及物性之變化予以探討。其中除了改變不同奈米超微粒子的用量外,也以不同鹽基性染料顏色研究Nomex的耐光染色堅牢度,和不同奈米超微粒子對染料的影響性。由實驗結果得知,經過不同奈米微粒處理後的Nomex染色織物,其耐光染色堅牢度約可提升1-2級,其中以奈米ZnO處理後,約可以提升2級,其次為奈米TiO2,效果最小則為奈米SiO2。另外,Nomex染色織物經奈米微粒處理後,在經UV照時其柔軟度和強力的下降趨勢將減緩,同時經奈米微粒處理之Nomex染色織物的防燃性將提升。

    This research use different nano particle deal with the Nomex dyeing fabric on the post-processing, and change nano meter particle concentration on the processing, in order to advance the lightness of Nomex dyeing fabric, and we discuss the lightness and physics property with different nano meter concentration of Nomex. In this research we also use different basic dyes to research lightness and use different nano effect of dye. By the experimental result, the Nomex fabric after the post-processing, it’s lightness can advance 1 to 2.And the strength with softness after UV light burn can produce reduces and changes the hard tendency, but passes through the nano particle to process after Nomex fabric its softness and the force its drop tendency can slow down. Moreover L.O.I. has processed after nano meter particle, can advance 1 to 2, although after long time ultraviolet ray illumination, L.O.I is the same.
