本研究係利用撥水撥油劑以及抗菌劑奈米銀與水性聚氨基甲酸乙酯以塗佈方式形成奈米複合薄膜。銀離子本身具有極佳的抗菌性,經奈米化後的銀粒子極易釋放出銀離子而達到頗佳的殺菌效果,而撥水撥油劑具有撥水撥油性質,水性PU具有透濕防水性質,因此本實驗藉由改變其3種濃度的奈米複合薄膜來探討其抗菌性、撥水撥油性以及物性的改變。結果發現經由撥水撥油劑及奈米銀添加後之水性PU奈米複合薄膜,其撥水撥油性會隨著撥水撥油劑添加量的增加而上升,但抗菌性會下降。
This project will focus on turning out the Nanometer compounded film by spreading oil &water repellent, nanometer Ag(superscript +) antibacterial, Aqueous-based polyurethane. Ag has a great Antibacterial itself. It will release Ag(superscript +) which can sterilize effectively while Ag has been nanolized. In addition, Aqueous-based polyurethane is water-resistant and is capable of Waterborne, so that this experiment will test the varies of antibacterial and oil & water repellent and physical property by changing three different consistencies of nanometer compounded film. As a result, while the oil &water repellent is adding, the antibacterial quality of the Aqueous-based polyurethane membrane which has been raising the oil &water repellent and nanometer Ag(superscript +) will be decreasing and the quality of oil & water repellent will increasing.
