摘要: | 近年來,由於政府在教育方面實施教育改革及回流教育,促使在職人士有更多的機會進修。因此,本研究旨在研究女性碩士在職生就讀研究所的角色衝突情形,瞭解女性碩士在職生就讀研究所的多重角色衝突情形,以及女性碩士在職生對角色衝突之因應方式。
本研究以中國文化大學生活應用科學研究所女性碩士在職學生為對象。依照本研究之目的採質性研究之方法,以個人深度訪談的方式來蒐集資料。本研究之主要結果包含:
Ⅰ、本研究對象之角色包括學生、工作、朋友、女兒、母親、妻子、媳婦等。角色衝突情形為產生壓力、時間不足、健康狀況產生變化、人際關係變差等情形。
Ⅱ、本研究對象在角色衝突的因應方式上,主要是透過下面五種方式:纾解壓力、有效的時間管理、尋求資源、良好的人際溝通以及調整認知等方式。
根據上述研究結果,建議女性碩士在職生在選擇進修時,應先做好事先之規劃,選擇適當的進修管道,並有效利用周邊資源。以減緩碩士在職生在角色衝突中所造成的壓力。
Due to the recent changes in government's education policy, people in the workforce have more opportunities in going back to school to continue their education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role conflicts existing in female graduate students who are also in the workforce and the corresponding conflict resolution methods.
The data for this research was collected from in-depth interviews with the students from home economics graduate school in Chinese Culture University. This research concludes that:
Ⅰ. The roles played by the students interviewed include student, employee, friend,
daughter, mother, wife, and daughter-in-law. Role conflict usually results in pressure, time shortage, and problems in health and interpersonal relations.
Ⅱ. Students apply the following methods to resolve role conflicts: releasing
pressure, managing time efficiently, seeking for resources, improving interpersonal communication, and adjusting false perception.
According to the research results above, it is recommended that graduate school female students, who are also in the workforce, have to incorporate careful planning, appropriate education route, and useful resources in order to easy the pressure caused by the role conflict resulted while pursuing their education. |
