    Abstract: 銲接時,銲接熱量輸入速率影饗銲件熱傳導,進而影響銲接部位之加熱冷卻過程,是影響銲接部位金相組織與硬度之主要因素。本文以不同銲接熱量輸入速率銲接S45C中碳鋼試片;量測銲接部位不同位置在銲接時之溫度變化;並與由喬米尼淬火試棒在做底部端面淬火試驗時,所量測得之距試棒淬火端不同位置之溫度變化做比較:找出彼此具有相同加熱冷卻過程之相對應位置:並進一步比較這些相對應位置之金相組織與硬度。吾人發現:銲接部位在銲接之加熱冷卻過程所得金相組織與硬度值,與經由喬米尼淬火試驗相同加熱冷卻過程所產生之金相組織與硬度值一致。由此結論,假如吾人能進一步繼續探討驗證山銲接熱量輸入速率來預估銲接部位在銲接時之加熱peak溫度與冷卻速率,吾人將可喬米尼端面淬火試驗所得之資料庫據,預估銲接部位之金相組織與硬度分佈,進而預估銲接部位之強度。
