The study aim at PU material microcapsules by In-Situ Polymerization which were prepared fonn PU as wall material, chitosan as core material, and coating on the water-mangle fabrics by control the weight. The particle size of microcapsules and the evaluation of antimicrobial effects by change stirring speed, concentration of microcapsules and weight of the wall material. The experimental results showed that changed the stirring speed were not affected the antimicrobial effects, increase concentration of microcapsules affected the antimicrobial effects and change the weight of wall material were not affected the antimicrobial effects.
