Title:	臺中市學校柔道發展之探討(1936-2014) The Study of Schools’ Judo Development in Taichung City(1936–2014)

Abstract:	臺中市中小學學校柔道發展，在國內算是數一數二，不管國小、國中、高中，都曾榮獲全國性比賽都冠軍，如此優異的成績，相關紀錄卻是寥寥可數。希望藉由本研究讓臺灣柔道發展有跡可循，並藉此找出臺中市國中小學學校柔道發展興衰的原因，以做為改進的建議，並再創佳績。本研究以文獻分析及訪談的方式，將臺中市學校柔道發展分為國小柔道的發展、國中柔道的發展、高中柔道的發展。本研究的結果：（1）國小柔道發展最早在1974 年開始，因柔道館經營不易，開始在內埔國小招收學生，1981 年后里國小開始籌組自強柔道館與后里國小柔道隊，並開啟臺中市國小柔道的輝煌紀錄；1993 年後，富春、葫蘆墩、豐田、省三國小也在委員會的推動之下成立、發展柔道運動。（2）國中柔道的發展從1970 年后里國中開始發展，但訓練是在后里柔道館；1989 年豐東國中吸收后里國小畢業生就讀，豐原、東華國中也在市政府的支持下陸續成立，延續國小柔道選手的運動生涯；2013 年五權國中柔道隊成立，成為縣市合併後第一所推動發展柔道的學校。（3）高中學校柔道發展從1936 年臺中商業專修學校開始，後來因故中斷，至1971 年才又開始，並由教育部指定為柔道重點發展學校；1978年開始豐原高商、大甲高中、嘉陽高中、后綜高中陸續成立、發展柔道，培育許多柔道國手，也為臺中市獲取許多優異的成績。但因選手、教練等因素而停止發展或轉發展角力。在臺中市所有的柔道前輩、同好的努力之下，柔道成績表現優異，但因時空背景、社會變遷環等因素，國內許多縣市的柔道發展超越臺中市，需要有新的思維與作法，以領導臺中市柔道再創佳績。 The judo development of high schools and elementary schools in Taichung City is considered one of the best in Taiwan. Many elementary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools have won the championships in national contests. However, even with such remarkable achievements, there are merely few related records being kept. This study is dedicated to be a good source of tracking the Judo development in Taiwan. Through the research, the rise and fall in the development in high schools and elementary schools in Taichung City could also be found in order to offer good advice and achieve better results. The research is based on document analysis and interviews, dividing Judo development in Taichung City into three categories: elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools. Results of the research: (1) The very first Judo development in elementary schools began in 1974. Nei Pu Elementary School started to enroll students, but it was not easy for Judokan to run business. In 1981, Hou Li Elementary School started to organize Tsu Chiang Judokan and its own Judo team, which opened prominent records of Judo in Taichung City. After 1993, motivated by Judo committee, Fu Chun Elementary School, Huludun Elementary School, Feng Tien Elementary School and Hseng San Elementary School also started to develop their own Judo training program. (2) Judo development in junior high schools began in Hou Li Junior High School in 1970, while the training was actually done in Hou Li Judokan. In 1989, Feng Tung Junior High School started to have students who graduated from Hou Li Elementary School. Feng Yuang Junior High School and Tung Hua Junior High School, supported by Taichung City Government, also established their own teams, extending sports career of elementary schools’ Judo players. In 2013, Wu Chuan Junior High School, through starting its own Judo team, became the first school to develop Judo after the merger of Taichung City and Taichung County. (3)Judo development in Senior high schools began in Shin Min High School in 1936 but was discontinued and then resumed in 1971. Shin Min High School was also assigned by Ministry of Education key Judo developing school. From 1978, Feng Yuan Commercial High School, Dajia Senior High School, Chia Yang Senior High School, and Hou Tsung Senior High School organized their own teams one after another to develop Judo. They nurtured many national Judo players and won many eminent V results for Taichung City. However, they were discontinued or switched to wrestling because of the influence of the coach or some personal reasons. The wonderful results that Judo has made in Taichung City can be attributed to the concerted effort by seniors and people who love Judo. However, as the changes of time, space and social development, many cities and counties have surpassed Taichung City now. Therefore, new thoughts and operations are necessary in order to lead Judo in Taichung City to create more remarkable results in the future.
