遊覽車派遣最佳化與否影響派遣收益甚鉅，更是遊覽車業者競爭致勝的關鍵因素。本研究以國內某家遊覽車公司為個案對象，針對遊覽車相關作業特性，建構一套「遊覽車派遣決策支援系統」，以提升遊覽車派遣作業效率與公平性進而省成本。本研究針對旅遊業遊覽車業者所面臨的難題提出解決方案，做出具體的研究探討。
