In this study, sodium alginate used as wall material and camphor oil used as core material, the possibility of manufacturing microcapsule by two steps process was discussed. The various stirring speeds between the first step and the second step was discussed the formation, control release and particle size between of by two stirring speeds. The results indicated that the optimal conditions of morphology were the concentration of wall material 2%, and CaC12 5% of surfactant Tween20. The optimal manufacturing of alginate microcapsules condition was the cross-linking time was 10 minutes in the stirring speed of first step at 22000rpm and the stirring speed of second step at 22000rpm. The average particle size was 76±4.9μm.
