本研究將針對企業社會責任的支出進行探討,企業社會責任能否改善未來財務績效,分為慈善假說、投資假說及訊號假說,探討企業社會責任支出對未來財務績效的影響。實證結果顯示:企業社會責任的支出影響公司未來財務績效,不支持慈善假說,支持投資假說;企業社會責任的支出可作為企業未來績效的信號支持訊號假說。
