染色工程中胚布在大量染色前會經過多次小樣品的對色下染,而染小樣前會先將分散性染料充分溶解於水中,調製成染料染液後才會依配方需求來抽取染液,本研究目的是為了瞭解各濃度下的染料染液經放置數天後,對於染色再現性的影響,利用雷射粒徑分析儀測量染液粒子大小經放置天數的改變,及UV光譜分析儀測量染液的吸光度值的變化,再經過電腦分光儀的判讀,找出找出色光的變化曲線,可使調製的染液在一定的再現性中繼續使用,盡可能減少在染小樣品時一些不必要的成本與人力資源的損耗。
