本研究之主旨為探討影響企業員工外語學習認知負荷之因素,以認知負荷理論作為研究架構,以相關文獻分析並發展變項間之關聯性,並找出可能影響企業外語學習者認知負荷之因子。透過學習理論、自我效能、激勵理論與認知負荷理論之探討,由上述理論及相關研究發展出問卷問項,並以認知負荷理論為問項之評估準則,經由預試後發放正式問卷,以具有外語獎勵制度之企業進行隨機抽樣問卷調查。本研究發出15家企業廠商共600份問卷,問卷回收後剔除填答不完整之無效問卷,得出有效樣本數為350份,回收率為58.3%。
研究得出企業員工外語學習認知負荷影響構面包含自我效能、學習動機、工作環境、激勵理論等,其中自我效能對認知負荷具有正向關係,工作環境、激勵類型對認知負荷具有負向關係,並進一步提出建議供企業實務之參考。
The subject of this study is to understand the effects of cognitive load factors of foreign language learning in organization employees. In the viewpoint of the cognitive load theory, this research developed and analyzed the relevant literature correlation between the variables, and identified possible affect of language learners cognitive load factor. Through learning theory, self-efficacy, theoretical and cognitive load theory of motivation, by the theory and research to develop a questionnaire items, and cognitive load theory Paas for assessment guidelines issued formal questionnaires via after the pre-test to have a foreign language enterprise reward system of random sampling survey. Sampling survey was conducted to deliver to 15 companies, a total of 600 questionnaires were issued, and the effective sample was 350 respondents, the returned rate was 58.3%. The results are as followed: a) employees’ cognitive load factors of foreign language learning are self-efficacy, motivation, work environment, incentive policy; b) the relationship of employees foreign language learning cognitive load factors are that self-efficacy has a positive relationship to cognitive load, work environment, type of incentive was a negative relationship between cognitive load. Susgestions were made for further research and business practices.
