本研究探討勵馨基金會已執行多年的準備性就業方案,深入瞭解受暴婦女的就業困境,藉由個案研究深入瞭解方案近年的實施與影響,並瞭解受暴婦女克服就業困境之因素,進一步探究受暴婦女就業服務未來可行之方向。並對於受暴婦女參與準備性就業方案前的困境,及參與中自身的改變與社工提供的協助,到後續準備性就業方案對於受暴婦女之效益,及方案的執行運作之面向,進行深入的個案探討,以瞭解準備性就業方案對於受暴婦女突破就業困境之歷程。透過質性研究,訪談四位曾參與準職場六個月以上之受暴婦女,及方案執行者三位,以達到深入瞭解準職場之規劃與執行。研究結果發現:(一)受暴婦女的就業選擇受限於早期就業經驗,就業阻礙包括受暴婦女長時間離開就業市場,無專業或技術性之技能,以及因缺乏托育資源而無法持續穩定就業等問題,使其就業的選擇受限;(二)準職場可減少受暴經驗對於再就業的負面影響,則透過安全的職場與社工的陪伴,使受暴婦女能安心的工作,藉此轉換受暴後之情緒;(三)就業社工長期的關心與陪伴對婦女有正向的就業及心理支持,受暴婦女不僅身心長期受到暴力傷害的影響,對於其就業問題也是長時間的,而社工的支持,使受暴婦女不論在就業及生活上皆有所幫助;(四)社政保護服務與勞政就業資源結合的執行困境,受到經營方向及指標不同,使得多元就業方案之經費與資源縮減,建議以家暴受害者為核心,對於其就業之評估指標有更全面的重視,以及納入社會投資報酬率來評估社會福利服務的績效,通盤的分析政府資源效益。
For this study, the depth of understanding the plight of domestic violence women's employment, to explore the Garden of Hope Foundation has been performed for many years in the semi-workplace support project, by case study in-depth understanding of implementation of the program and influence in recent years, and understand domestic violence women overcome the difficulties of employment factors, to further explore the feasibility of the future direction of domestic violence women employment services. For domestic violence women involved in the plight of semi-workplace support project before, and involved in assisting the semi-workplace support project in itself change the social worker provided to the subsequent semi-workplace support project for domestic violence women's benefit, and semi-workplace support for the execution of the operation of the project, in-depth case Studies to learn semi-workplace support project for domestic violence women break through the course of employment difficulties. Through qualitative research, interviews have been involved in more than four months of prospective workplace domestic violence women, and program implementers three, including a social worker, a supervision and supervision of a project. The results found that, domestic violence women's employment options limited by the early employment experiences; semi-workplace support project experience for battered reduce the negative impact of the re-employment; employment of social workers on long-term care and companionship domestic violence women have positive employment and psychological support; and, social affairs and labor protection service employment. For this study we are trying to understand the plight of domestic violence on women’s employment. The Garden Hope Foundation has been performing an in depth case study for many years to understand the overall effect of domestic violence and how it makes it difficult for women to find new employment. The study is meant to explore the feasibility and future direction of domestic violence of women services. Through research covering four months of interviews of women involved in domestic violence cases the results have concluded that support services for such women improve options for reemployment. Moreover, the use of social workers in long-term care and support helps with the victims finding employment and finding psychological support. Social workers are also able to help with social affairs and labor protection for employed victims involved in domestic violence.
