    Title: 中國大陸老人照顧機構經營策略分析

    Abstract: 在共同面臨高齡化趨勢之下,老年人之相關需求受到重視,與台灣相比中國大陸也開始執行相關養老政策,滿足其產生之需求。中國大陸處於人口高齡化的快速發展階段,經過中國過家統計局統計,中國大陸每年老年人口年平均增長率為3.28%,大於總人口年平均0.66%,增加老年人口將近六百萬,到2020年,老年人口將會達到2.5億人,所佔人口比例17.2%。進而使政府與民間各相關領域開始重視老年相關議題,本研究就中國大陸機構經營策略進行個案研究,透過研究者實際在個案機構參與觀察與機構管理者進行深入訪談,探討中國大陸老人照顧機構發展與現況與分析中國大陸老人照顧機構經營策略。研究結果在共同經營策略取向分為三種模式:一、「一條龍」產業垂直整合的服務,二、「家」一樣的更近似於家庭照顧者情感人性化服務,三、扮演稱職第三部門與公部門互動之關係,三種使用之經營策略。
    Facing the tendency toward population aging and paying more attention on the elders' needs, as well as Taiwan, China has begun implementing some eldercare policies to meet the demand.

    China's population aging is in the phase of rapid development. Through statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics, the annual rate of growth in aged population is 3.28% which exceeds the growth rate of 0.66% in the general population, and the seniors' population increases about 6 million. By 2020, the seniors' population will reach 250 million which is the 17.2% of general population. For this reason, not only the governmental but also private sectors have started to focus on issue of aging.

    This research is constituted by the case study of the facilities' management strategies. By the means of personal participation, observation, and also in-depth interview, this research tries to discuss the progress and status quo of China’s elder care facilities; further, it also attempt to analyze their management strategies.

    The research results show that the cooperation approaches could be divided into three types: First, the coordinated service throughout the care industry. Second, a more humanistic service which serves the elderly like being cared at home. Third, being a competent third sector to interact with the public sector.
