| 摘要: | 由於近年來，台灣經濟發展快速，國內經濟及產業環境受到了國際化等趨勢影響，其中新竹地區之產業在，新竹市新竹科學工業園區以及新竹縣新竹六家高鐵進駐新竹地區後發展快速，進而使地區內之各級產業面臨結構性的轉變，更在這四十年間對新竹地區之產業帶來相對的影響。
根據許多研究數據及相關案例中可得知，一個地區主要的產業，常是帶動區域內整體經濟向上不可或缺的大功臣，然而一個地區若要使經濟持續成長，需要產業主能因應時下趨勢的變遷做改變，倘若政府單位也能提供相關的配套措施，方能使區域能夠蓬勃的發展。
故本研究之目的，即是以新竹地區這三十多年間的產業做為分析對象，在以新竹縣新竹六家高鐵、新竹市新竹科學工業園區兩地，進駐新竹地區後，以產業之數據做前後比對，採用區域經濟理論中之「經濟基礎分析法」（economic base analysis），探討新竹地區之產業發展變遷，根據文獻回顧試圖了解產業發展的趨勢，利用區位商數法（location quotient；簡稱L.Q.）以區分新竹縣、市的基礎產業（basic industry）與非基礎產業（non-basic industry）。再以新竹縣市產業變遷的狀況建立分析方法，依據其分析結果，希冀可以對新竹縣市產業未來之發展，提供相關之公、私部門政策制定或改革之參考。
故本研究已釐清，新竹科學園區及新竹六家高鐵相繼進駐後，是否對帶動新竹地區整體的產業向上發展有相對性的影響。
In recent years , the rapid development of Taiwan's economy , the domestic economy and the environment by industry and other trends affecting the international , wherein the area of the industry in Hsinchu,Hsinchu City and Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu, six high-speed rail rapid development stationed in the Hsinchu area , thereby enabling the industry at all levels within the region is facing structuralchanges,more during these forty years has brought relative impact on the industry of the Hsinchu area .
According to many research data and related cases can be learned , a major industrial area,often within the overall regional economy driven upward indispensable big hero , but a region to sustain economic growth , the primary energy needs of the industry in response to changes of trend nowadays to make a change , if government agencies can also provide relevant supporting measures can the region 's development can flourish .
Therefore, the purpose of this study , which is based on industry thirty years between the Hsinchu area as the object of analysis , after six in Hsinchu County , Hsinchu High Speed Rail , Hsinchu City , Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park, two , stationed in the Hsinchu area , the data of the industry do before and after the match,a regional economic theory of "economic base analysis"(economic base analysis), discuss industry development and changes of the Hsinchu area , according to the literature review trying to understand the industry development trend .use of regional quotient method (location quotient; referred L.Q.) to distinguish Hsinchu County,the city of basic industry (basic industry) and non- basic industries (non-basic industry). In another situation , Hsinchu County Industrial Transformation established analytical method,based on its analysis , the hope for the future can be industrial development of Hsinchu county , provide the public and private sector policy formulation or reference reform.
Thus, the present study attempts to clarify , after the Hsinchu Science Park and Hsinchu , six high-speed rail have been stationed , is there driving Hsinchu area high relative impact on the overall industry. |
