本研究問題是探討主管的領導風格(Leadership)、員工人格特質(Personality Traits)與情緒勞動(Emotional Labor)、工作投入(Job involvement)之關係,因目前的文獻較少有情緒勞動相關研究,故以台北市某間上櫃電子公司做為研究對象,期許此研究將能為在企業工作的主管亦或是企業經營者等,提供一個有清楚數據且能讓經營方向更明確之參考依據。
本研究是透過發放問卷(questionnaires survey)的方式,請B公司員工填寫。發放300份問卷,回收180份,去除無效問卷沒填寫完成者18份,總共有效問卷為162份,回收率為54%。
結果本研究發現,主管領導風格與員工工作投入呈現顯著相關;員工人格特質則為影響員工投入之干擾變項;情緒勞動變項則有中介之效果存在。
The present study was to investigate the question of competence leadership style (Leadership), employee personality (Personality Traits) and emotional labor (Emotional Labor), job involvement (Job involvement) of the relationship, because the current literature have less emotional labor research, so in northern Taiwan, a listed company as the research object OTC electronics, hopes this study will be able to work also in charge of the enterprise or business owners, etc., to provide a clear data and make it clearer business direction reference.
This study through questionnaires (questionnaires survey) approach, staff services, please fill in B Corporation. Expected recovery of 180, did not remove the invalid questionnaires filled out by 18, for a total of 300 valid questionnaires, the recovery rate is 54%.
The results of this study found competent leadership style and job commitment presenting significant correlation; employee personality traits compared to the impact of interference variables of employee engagement; emotional labor variables will have the effect of the presence of intermediaries.
