    Abstract: 有鑑於智慧行動裝置的快速普及,行動上網與行動支付方便性的提升,促使原來網路線上的消費者,以桌上型電腦小額付款的購物模式,逐漸轉變為使用智慧型手持裝置或平板,達到隨時隨地不受時間、空間限制的進行購物,加上行動支付的技術愈趨向於多元化,會以消費者便利為導向,提供更多支付方式的選擇性。2015年初立法院已通過第三方支付專法,這讓台灣許多支付業者,準備在行動支付戰場爭取一席之地。根據資策會統計持行動裝置支付的消費者,其人口比例逐年在增加,全球行動支付交易金額亦持續在成長,以小額行動支付的消費模式,預估是未來行動商務發展的重要一環,潛藏無限商機,因而值得研究,詢問可能影響消費者使用小額行動支付的意願。本研究依據計畫行為理論為基礎,回收289份有效問卷進行統計分析,加入感覺有用、便利性、系統品質、訊息品質、風險、整合力、使用態度、信任與安全性等外在因素,建構出小額行動支付使用意願之模型。
    Mobile internet environment has been improved gradually, and therefore many people used smart devices for mobile payment. Mobile payment usage increase pay-ment convenience that consumers can employ their mobile devices to shop anytime and anywhere for micro-payment. Currently many technology of mobile payment can be used, and therefore consumers could choice. In addition,we through a law of third party for payment on 2015. Therefore the study was research what factors influence the consumers' micro-payment intention of useage in mobile commerce. The study was researched about consumers' benefit,convenient,system quality,information quali-ty,risk,integration,attitude,trust and the external factors of security. This study has been builded the consumers’ intention model of micro-payment in mobile commerce and 289 valid questionnaires were considered for statistical analysis.
