由實驗組和對照組的共同結果可看出:當基布為不同絲數的針織布時,色彩允差值差距最小;當基布為不同丹尼數的針織布時,色彩允差值差距最大。
Since the early 1990s, digital ink-jet printing has been widely used in the field of textile. When compared to the traditional ways of dyeing & finishing, this new technology has brought us a lot of benefits . For instance, fine picture presented on base fabrics ,no plate making and it also has better reproducibility in picture design .Another advantage is that it can save labor, time and variety of resources compared to traditional printing. Digital ink-jet printing has also become the best choice to specially made for customers nowadays.
One of the most important steps to do digital printing is "color calibration, and making ICC color control strip”, which is not only time-consuming but also requesting for cumbersome works. The study expect to establish a new and single color control strip that can be used for various fabrics.
There are three different factors of fabrics used in research as follow,
One was the material, denier and luster were fixed, but had different numbers of filament in yarns, and other was fix material and denier were fixed, but different luster were used for yarns, the other was the material and luster was fixed, but different denier counts in yarns were used.
The investigation was divided into two part as follow and compared with level of color difference:
1. Control group: Using ICC color management system set up individual color control strip for every knitted fabrics, respectively.
2. Experimental group: One fabric was selected and printed using ICC color management system as color control strip standard, that compared with other fabrics and measured color difference.
From the results of experimental and control combined have shown that difference in numbers of filaments of yarns can minimize color deviation values, while difference in denier count can maximize color deviation.
