    Abstract: 本研究利用高強力纖維芳香族聚醯膠纖維、超高分子量聚乙烯纖維以單一方向疊層交叉鋪疊技術製成非織物膜材。實驗分析主要分為兩部份:第一部份將0、90度交叉鋪疊之單層非織物膜材進行落鎚耐衝擊測試及抗拉強力測試。第二部分為實彈測試,分別改變芳香族聚醯胺、超高分子量聚乙烯非織物層數。芳香族聚醯胺非織物17層即可抵檔美國NIJ ⅢA級測試,超高分子量聚乙烯非織物30層即可抵檔NIJ ⅢA級測試。

    In this study, we used the unidirection fabric plied and crossed with high-strength aromatic polyamide fiber and high molecular weight polyethylene to make a non-woven fabric film. This research has two parts to discuss: the first part is making the unidirection fabric plied with 0 degree and 90 degree non-woven fabric film to carry out falling-ball impact strength and tensile strength test. The second part is changed the high-strength aromatic polyamide fiber and high molecular weight polyethylene piled number to give a bullet shooting test. When the Aromatic polyamide fiber non-woven fabric piled with 17, it can protect NIJ ШA test, and the high molecular weight polyethylene piled with 30 can also protect NIJ ШA test.
