本研究是利用排水管的吸濕性設計出良好的排水系統,希冀能廣泛使用於日常生活中。實驗中,孔徑大小的設計與孔徑大小的設計為固定,利用不同熱壓時間對不織布之透水率,不同包繞層數及不同降雨量對排水效果的影響做分析。實驗結果得知8~32層不織布壓6kgf/立方公分,125℃,4min的成型條件下,8層的排水量最高。
This research is designs the good drainage system using the discharge pipe water absorbability, hoped for can widely use in the daily life. In experiment, aperture size design for fixed, in the experiment, the aperture size design for is fixed, the use different thermo-compression time to water percolation of rate the weaving, the different encystation layer and the different rainfall amount makes the analysis to the draining water effect influence. This experimental resslt under the 6kgf/cm^2 pressure, temperture 125℃, 4min form Condition, 8 Cyer nonwover product is the best Draining Water character.
