本研究在探討螢光體應用電激發光的發光特性,係將氧化鋅與聚氨基甲酸酯製成複合薄膜,經由塗佈的方式製作電致發光薄膜,探討其螢光體粉末選擇與分析、UV光學性質和發光強度的影響。由實驗得知,ZnO薄膜具有良好的紫外光吸收而可獲得光能隙3.28eV,當電壓給予450伏特時,添加30%銀粉導電層其發光強度明顯提升。
In this study discuss with the characteristic of electroluminescence phosphor applied. First of all, ZnO combines with the polyurethanes to forms the electroluminescence composite textile by coating. Then the graphs compares the phosphors choose and analyze the effect of ultraviolet quality and optical intensity. To sum up, the most striking feature is that the absorbance in the ultraviolet regions of ZnO films have dramatic rise, it is able to gain the optical band gap with 3.28eV. There has a significant increase on relative intensity when the electric layer of Ag account for 30% and the voltage is 450V.
