    Title: 酸鹼溶液對抗彈纖維Kevlar性能影響之分析研究

    Abstract: 本實驗針對使用環境造成抗彈織物老化的問題作探討,藉由分別將試片浸泡於濃度1M之硫酸、鹽酸、氫氧化鈉6個月,就單纖抗拉強度、紗線抗拉強度與織物抗拉強度予以測試。實驗結果得知6個月浸泡下,硫酸、鹽酸、氫氧化鈉分別造成Kevlar纖維強力下降48%、36%與28%。

    This study is to discuss the change of the strength properties of Kevlar fabric which in H2SO4, HCL and NaOH for six month latter. To analyze the reason of fiber damages and change of the strength properties caused by damages of Kevlar fiber in H2SO4, HCL and NaOH for six month latter. From experiment formula, the influence of strength changed caused by C=O bond in chemical structure of Kevlar had be destroyed after soaking in, for six month later. The strength of H2SO4 for six month latter decrease 48, which of HCL decrease 36%, which of NaOH decrease 28%.
