摘要: | 本論文是尚保羅.沙特的小說《嘔吐》之評論--由其中三頁所得的詮釋。在那幾頁裡,小說中的敘述者描述他在一個公園中的感受:存在本身的經驗。 雖然這是一本由知名哲學家所寫的小說,《嘔吐》卻非只是一本哲學觀念的著作,而是充滿了文學性的作品,蘊含大量的「意象」,文化的及個人的。我們稱之為「象徵的」和「想像的」。 本論文主要是首先從風格學的觀點來分析該書, 接著分三個層面加以討論:1. 在哲學的層面上,該書顯示沙特的存在主義立論源自上述的「存在本身的經驗」。2. 在象徵的層面上,該書運用了聖經中的「失樂園」神話。3. 在想像的層面上,該書反映了作者本人一些感受,經常糾纏著他的感受。出人意表的是,本論文中之分析顯示出這個事實:儘管沙特致力於「純學術性」,而在現實中,他無法不將純學術性和他急於反對的混在一起。
This paper is a commentary of three pages from La naus'ee, by Jean-Paul Sartre. In these pages, the narrator of the novel describes what he just felt in a public graden: the experience of existence in itself. Though a novel by a well-known philosopher, La naus'ee is not just an illustration of his philosophical thesis. It is a literary work in the whole sense, whith a abundant imagery, both cultural and individual, what, according to a lacanian terminology, we distinguish as "symbolic" and "imaginaire". After a first reading, mostly stylistic, of this text, the commentary deals with the three levels mentioned above. On the philosophical level, it can be considered as the experimental basis of sartrian existentialism, on the symbolic level, it refers to the Biblical myth of the lost Paradise, and on the imaginaire level, it reflects some quite obsessionnal sensations of the author. Quite surprisingly, the analysis shows that Sartre, on these three levels, for all his strive for intellectual purity, cannot help but mixing in reality what he was so eager to oppose ideally. |
