本研究旨在檢視教師運用網路分享知識的思考層次與類別,方法採個案研究取徑,以教師在數位知識管理環境「融入教學平臺與教學設計工具環境」(web-based Instructional Design Environment,簡稱WIDE」)的知識分享成果為主要範圍。為落實具體之評量,並考量所得資料之豐富程度,本研究以自然與生活科技領域作為科目領域的探討焦點,分析教師於網站之討論文章與所分享的教案內容,此外並以訪談評量人員為操作方法,探討教師線上知識分享在質與量上的整體樣貌,復次據以提出結論與建議。
The aim of this study was to explore the thinking level and category of teachers' online knowledge sharing and knowledge management. A case study method was used. And specifically an online learning environment-"Web-based Instructional Design Environment" (WIDE)-was used as the platform of the study. Besides, for the purpose of capturing the big picture of teachers' knowledge sharing and management, some scholars were interviewed in the study. Conclusions and recommendations were made to help the theoretical and practical fields of education enhance teacher's abilities of online knowledge sharing.
