    摘要: 科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM) 是解釋對於新科技產品接受的意願,會受到模式的二個主要因素:知覺有用性(Perceived Usefulness) 與知覺易用性(Perceived Ease of Use)的影響,模式發展的目的是用來評估、預測與衡量使用者對新科技產品接受程度。
    近年來智慧型手機發展快速,應用的層面越來越廣,可視為新科技應用的代表;本研究以智慧型手機為例,運用修正TAM模式架構來探討知覺易用性與知覺有用性對使用意願的關係;研究架構係以知覺易用性與知覺有用性為自變數,使用意願為依變數,轉換成本為干擾變數,而人口統計變數則為控制變數。
    由265個樣本的研究結果顯示:(1)知覺易用性對知覺有用性有顯著正向影響;(2)知覺有用性對使用意願有顯著正向影響;(3)轉換成本在知覺有用性對使用意願影響關係中,並無干擾效果。
    研究的發現與討論、研究意涵、研究限制與未來後續研究建議,本研究併在研究最後部份予以討論。
    The technology acceptance model (TAM) is employed to explain the degree of acceptance of new technology products which mainly influenced by two aspects, the Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. The purpose of the TAM developed as a metrics for assessing , measure and predicting the acceptance from the end users point of view on the new high technology products.
    Recently the broad applications of smart phones have been advanced rapidly may be regard as a good instance for the objective of this this thesis ; The purpose of this thesis using smart phone as study topic to explore the relationship among modified TAM model, Perceived Usefulness , Perceived Ease and use intention ;Research framework is based on the interactions between perceived usefulness and perceived ease using on independent variables, with applying the intention as dependent variables(DV),meanwhile with switching costs as interfering variables(IV) and demographic variables as control variable(CV)as well.
    Based on 265 sampling size, the conclusion indicate that :
    (1)perceived ease of use has a significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness;
    (2)the perceived usefulness has a significant positive impact on willing to use;
    (3)the correlation between switching cost in perceived usefulness and willing to use shown no interfering effects.

    Discovery and discussing regarding to research and research implications, research limitations and future follow-up studies and suggestions are to be that, discussed in the final part of the study.
