Abstract:	本研究探討有關青少年接觸靈療之生命經驗，在研究的內容有別於目前學術上對青少年有形因素和現象的影響，此研究乃是在於從個案實徵例子論證靈療經驗及其影響之初探。本研究目的有三：（一）瞭解青少年接觸靈療的因素、（二）探討青少年在接受靈療時，其感受和經驗、（三）探討青少年接觸靈療後的反應。本研究運用半結構式訪談法收集資料，針對五位青少年之年齡分別在12歲至24歲，其靈療經驗皆介於1至4次，靈療期間為1至2年。　　研究結果發現青少年常因生理、行為及精神的因素而接觸靈療，五位受試青少年皆為第一次接促觸靈療，並透過長輩及同儕的媒介到一般宗教的場所接受靈療，並藉著靈療者的引導及媒介，採用通靈及導引的方式讓青少年經驗自身所發生的問題來引起知覺改變，進而影響行為及情緒的改變 This empirical study different with the past academical research focused on adolescents’ physical and psychological influences or phenomenal exploration, adopts the qualitative method to explore life experience of spiritual healing with five adolescents aged between 12 to 24. The aims of this study arethreehold, indicating: (1) exploring the spiritual healing esperiences of the adolescent, (2) understanding adolescents’ feelings and experiences while experiencing spiritual healing and (3) understanding adolescents’ reactions after experiencing spiritual healing. 　　This study uses semi-structured interviews as data collection; adopts snowball sampling to interview adolescents whose times are between 1-4 times and spiritual healing period are betwwen 1 and 2 years. 　　The findings of this study indicate that adolescents are the first time to contact spiritual healing, often due to physical, behavioral and psychological factors, by the media of and parents or peers, in the religious places. Via spiritual guidances, adolescents face their internal problems which cause changes in perception and mood through religious identity as a rerult of emotional and behavioral change. Adolescents get a positive image as well as rection of spiritual healing.
