This study is used polyester fiber to make web after opening ,carding and lapper,then make nonwoven that selvage waste of woven fabric distributed well in web after needle punching .We have changed of feeding volume and arrange of selvage waste to discuss the effect of basis weigth,tensile strength and elongation of nonwoven.
