本研究是將具有遠紅外線放射性的不織布,覆蓋在種植甘藷的土壤表面上,探討對於甘藷的水份含量、總糖含量、澱粉含量、藷肉顏色、塊根重量及塊根數量之影響。結果顯示,從成份分析而言,覆蓋遠紅外線的實驗組,其水份含量比對照組高出2.4%,總糖含量比對照組低0.7%,並且澱粉含量亦比對照組低19.75%,至於藷塊肉色在顏色上相較於對照組較偏為黃紅色。從總產量上來看,覆蓋遠紅外線的實驗組,除了塊根數量優於對照組之外,其塊根總重量比對照組亦高出2525g,產量幾近兩倍之差。
In the study, far infrared ray nonwoven was used to cover on the surface of soil, then how the far infrared ray nonwoven affect plant growth, moisture content, sugar content, starch content and color of sweet potato was observed. The result shows that the moisture content of FIR experimental group outdoes 2.4% compared to the comparison group, total sugar content compared to comparison group low 0.7%, and the starch content was also lower than the comparison group 19.75%. Here, compare the FIR experimental group with the comparison group, and sweet potato in the color was comparatively red. Looked from the ultimate amount and harvest of sweet potato, the FIR experimental group was better than the comparison group in quantity, and total weight of sweet potato also outdoes 2,525 grams compared to the comparison group, the output several nearly two time of difference.
