    Title: 微波處理對聚酯/尼龍66梭織物複合材料粘結性之研究
    Adhesion Strength between PET/Nylon66 Fabrics and Rubber Matrix by Microwave Irradiation

    Abstract: 本研究係以聚酯/尼龍66梭織物作為橡膠輸送帶之補強材料,而若以此梭織物為補強材料則會與橡膠產生介面上的問題,而為了解決介面上的問題,本研究以微波能量照射處理聚酯/尼龍66梭織物,使織物表面產生空孔以增加對藥劑的吸附量,藉以強化聚酯/尼龍66梭織物與橡膠之結合。在本研究中除了以能量處理表面以外,更利用PU助劑的添加提升聚酯/尼龍66梭織物與橡膠的結合。因此結果顯示經微波照射處理後,在照射條件490W時間60秒處理下之聚酯/尼龍66梭織物,其布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力達至最大,相較於未經微波照射處理之織物,其布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力分別提升了42.2%與38.5%;而以聚酯/尼龍66梭織物經微波照射實驗條件490W時間60秒處理後並添加水性PU助劑,使橡膠層間剝離強力達至最大,相較於未經微波照射處理並添加水性PU助劑之基布,其成品之布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力分別提升了51.75%與48.3%。
    The research was PET/Nylon66 fabric as reinforcement of conveyer belt, but the fabric occurs the interface problem. In order to solve this problem, the research uses microwave energy to handle PET/Nylon66 fabric. The microwave energy can produce dents upon the fabric surface to increase the absorption, and further strengthen the combination of PET/Nylon66 fabric and rubber. Besides, the research takes PU medicament to promote the combination. The result shows that fabric at microwave irradiate for 490W、time 60 (sec), between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can get the maximum value compare to the fabric without agent, the fabric of adhesion between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can raise 42.2% and 38.5%. Then use the PU medicament the fabric of adhesion between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber also can raise 51.75% and 48.3%.
