The female-office dresses of JIN and ELITE (say JE) are accumulated. In general, a lot of apparel-designing concepts disagree with the apparel images of consumers respectively due to most designers making the apparels using the consciousness on their own. Therefore, the methods of colour psychophysics and semanstics were used in this study to investigate the apparel images of consumers based on the JE female-office apparels with the background colours of bright, medium and bark blue. The results show that the apparel image is deeply shifted due to the background colour in change.
