    Title: 探討不同萃取條件下對紅花、枸杞萃取物之抗菌活性與織物染色性影響研究

    Abstract: 本實驗係將中藥材紅花及枸杞以索氏萃取法進行萃取,其萃取條件是以兩種不同溶媒(水、70%乙醇)分別進行6小時、24小時的試驗,藉此來探討不同條件下萃取物的抗菌性與其對織物的染色性。實驗結果顯示,枸杞以水萃取24小時後,所得之萃取率最佳;另外,染色方面則是以紅花及枸杞萃取液對羊毛織物之染色效果較優於棉織物的染色效果;在抗菌方面則是以中藥枸杞對金黃色葡萄球菌及大腸桿菌皆有明顯抑菌圈產生,而表皮葡萄球菌及綠膿桿菌則無,另外,中藥紅花對四種菌皆無抑菌圈產生,但在使用經萃取後之中藥萃取物做抗菌實驗時,則可發現其萃取物都具有明顯之抗菌效果存在。
    In this study, two Chinese herbs-Carthami Flos and Lycii Fructus that were extracted by Soxhlet extractor using different solvents (water and 70% ethanol) in 6 and 24 hrs respectively, were evaluated their anti-bacterial activities and fabric dyeing properties. The results showed that Lycii Fructus extract got the higher yield by using ethanol solvent in 24 hrs. On the results of fabric dyeable assessments, the dyeability of the 70% ethanol extracts of Carthami Flos and Lycii Fructus for wool fabrics were better than cotton ones. On the results of qualitative anti-bacterial assessments, Lycii Fructus displayed inhibition zones of antagonistic bacteria to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, but didn't to Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In addition, Carthami Flos didn't showed inhibition zones to all of these four kinds of bacteria; however, they appeared obvious anti-bacterial activities after extraction instead.
