    摘要: 本研究目的在比較介入6週短時間高強度循環訓練、高強度間歇訓練及有氧訓練對身體組成(體 重、體脂肪量、内臟脂肪及肌肉量)、代謝症候群因子(腰圍、血壓、高密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖及三 酸甘油脂)、相關血液指標(膜島素、類膜島素生長因子-1、瘦體素、脂聯素)及肌力表現(角速度 60。• s-1與180。• s-1)之影響。研究方法:以48名45〜64歲之女性為研究對象。隨機分為高強度循環 訓練組(high intensity circuit training, HICT)、高強度間歇訓練組(high-intensity interval training, HIIT)、有氧訓練組(aerobic training, AT)及控制組(control, Con)。於前測結束隔週,開始為期6週, 每週3次,漸進運動時間之訓練;於訓練後1週進行後測。以混和設計二因子變異數分析比較四組 之間訓練前、後各項數據之差異情形。以a = .05為顯著水準。預期結果:透過本研究可預期瞭解高強 度循環訓練、高強度間歇訓練及有氧訓練分別對中高齡女性身體組成、代謝症候群因子、相關血液指 標及肌力表現之影響情形。
    The purpose of this study is to compare the 6 weeks of high-intensity circuit training, high-intensity interval training and aerobic training on body composition (body weight, body fat, visceral fat and muscle mass), metabolic syndrome index (waist circumference, blood pressure, high-density lipoprotein, fasting glucose and triglycerides), blood parameters (insulin, Insulin-like growth factor -1, laptin and adiponectin) and isokinetic muscular strength performance (angular velocity set at 60° • s-1 and 180° • s-1). Method : There are 48 women for the study, between the ages of 45 to 64 will randomly assign into HICT (high-intensity circuit training), HIIT (high-intensity interval training), AT (aerobic training) and CON (control). One week after the pre-test, the three exercise training groups will start the training session 3 times per week for 6 weeks. The training session will increase during time every 2 weeks. And the post-test will conduct after the training. Data will be analyzed using a mixed design (group by time) factorial ANOVA. This study is expected to know the HICT, HIIT and AT on body composition, metabolic syndrome index, blood parameters and muscular strength performance respectively in middle-age women.
