    摘要: 本研究目的:在探討介入八週核心肌力訓練對高中網球選手的移動中擊球穩定性、發球擊球穩定性、發球擊球球速的表現之影響。方法:以高雄市立新莊高中網球隊 30 名男性網球選手為受試對象,平均分配至控制組(n = 15 )與實驗組(n = 15 )。控制組,進行一般體能訓練,但不接受任何核心肌力訓練;實驗組介入八週核心肌力訓練,每週三次,每次60分鐘。以移動中穩定擊球、發球擊球穩定性及發球擊球球速為測驗項目,進行前測、後測。以核心肌力訓練為自變項,網球選手的移動中擊球穩定性、發球擊球穩定性、發球擊球球速為依變項,以SPSS 22.0 for Window 版統計程式,進行各項資料分析,所得數據以單因子共變數分析法處理,以α = . 05為顯著水準。本研究結果為:實驗組介入八週核心肌力訓練後,網球選手的移動中擊球穩定性、發球擊球穩定性表現上有顯著進步;實驗組在介入八週核心肌力訓練後,網球選手的發球擊球速表現上並無顯著差異。
    The purpose of this study: to explore the involvement of high school tennis player hitting moving stability, batting tee stability, core strength training affects eight weeks of the performance of the ball hitting the ball. Methods: Kaohsiung Lixin Zhuang High School tennis team 30 male tennis players as subjects were randomly assigned to the control group (n = 15) and experimental group (n = 15). Control group, general physical training, but does not accept any core strength training; eight-week intervention in the experimental group core strength training, three times a week, every 60 minutes. Stable to move the ball, stability ball and tee ball hitting the ball as test items were pre-test, post-test. The core strength training for independent variables, moving tennis player in the stability ball, stability ball hitting, batting tee ball as the dependent variable, with SPSS 22.0 for Window version statistical program, conducted the data analysis, The data obtained in the Single-factor ANCOVA analysis to α =. 05 for a significant level. Results of this study are: the experimental group after eight weeks of intervention core strength training, tennis player's batting movement stability, significant progress on the tee shot stability performance; the experimental group was involved in core strength training after eight weeks, tennis player hitting the ball on the speed performance is no big difference.
