教師甄選是準教師們從合格教師到取得正式教師的必經過程,在少子化及廣設教育學程下,產生很多的流浪教師。因應時下潮流與選才條件,教師需要具備的能力已經有不少相關文獻探究,然而,在眾多的要求條件下,哪些才是關鍵的因素在過去文獻中卻鮮少被探討。
本研究綜合過去學者研究,研擬出針對影響教師甄選評量之關鍵因素,包括:人格特質、教師素質、班級經營、人際關係四大構面和17項因素。經由發放專家問卷後,透過修正德菲法進行分析,找出因素與因素之間是否具備相依性。最後進行網絡層級分析,評定各項準則及指標間的權重關係,並針對重要性加以排序,企圖從這四大構面和17個因素中找出最關鍵的成功因素。
Recruitment and assessment of primary teacher is prospective teachers from qualified teachers to get teachers to go through a formal process, in declining birthrate and broad based education process, the Rangers have a lot of teachers.In response to today's trends and conditions before the recruitment and assessment of primary teacher need to have the ability to have a lot of relevant literature to explore, however, many of the requirements under the conditions, which is the key factor, but not yet rarely been explored in the past literature.In this study, a comprehensive study of past scholars steps to develop the key factors affecting the amount of teacher assessment for selection, including: personality, teacher quality, classroom management, human relations and the four facets 17 factors. After the issuance of questionnaires by experts, through amendments to Delphi method analysis to identify whether they have dependencies between factors and factors. Finally, network-level analysis, assessment of the relationship between the weights of the criteria and indexes, and the importance for them to sort. Attempt from four facets and 17 factors to identify the most critical success factor.
