隨著電子化政府與電子商務的快速發展下，在日常生活當中經常可以藉由電子憑證透過網際網路申辦各項業務， 也因為申辦的業務眾多，若是辦理不同業務需要申請許多不同憑證，將使電子憑證在使用上受到限制。國內目前橋接憑證的運用尚未廣泛，使用者在使用憑證的應用服務時面臨較多不便。因此，本研究利用不同之PKI 模型建立出一個橋接憑證應用情境架構，建立出來的架構可以套用在不同PKI 模型上，解決跨憑證應用的不便。也將透過專家訪談的方式對橋接憑證的日後發展做相關建議，期望建立的架構以及彙整出來的專家建議可以作為電子憑證發展之參考。
With the rapid development of e-Government and e-commerce in everyday life, which often is done by electronic documents using Internet hosting services, many also bid for the business, for different business needs to apply for many different credentials will enable e-vouchers are limited in use. Bridging certificate has not been widely used in China, users face when using the voucher application services more difficult.Therefore, this study established a PKI model of using different bridging certificate application architecture, built up in the schema can be applied in different PKI model, resolve cross-certificate application for the inconvenience. Also be bridged through expert interviews with documents related to the future development of proposals, and looked forward to the establishment of the framework and compilation of Experts recommends that the development of electronic voucher can be used as a reference.
