本研究旨在探討國際觀光客對於臺北觀光夜市之友善環境知覺、滿意度和再遊意願之關係。本研究為量化研究,採調查法中的問卷方式進行調查,共發出415份,回收397份有效問卷。所得資料經由SPSS(v19.0)統計軟體分析後顯示:
一、 由相關分析中得知友善環境知覺對於滿意度及再遊意願間有顯著因果關係,證實友善環境知覺關係到滿意度與再遊意願。
二、 國際觀光客對於臺北觀光夜市之友善環境知覺、滿意度及再遊意願之間均呈正向關係,且不同國籍觀光客會有明顯差異。
三、 整體而言,國際觀光客對於臺北觀光夜市之友善環境知覺感到滿意,且認為此次體驗台北觀光夜市行程是值得的,並且傾向再再遊或推薦。
最後根據研究結果,建議後續研究者研究方向並提供相關單位研擬政策之參酌。
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship among friendly environment perception, satisfaction and revisiting willingness for international tourists to Taiwan night market. First, in quantitative research based, survey of questionnaire methods. This investigation sends out the questionnaire 415 cents take back the valid questionnaire 397 cents. After analyzing the data via SPSS(v19.0) statistical software display:
First, the correlation analysis that perception for a friendly environment between satisfaction and then travel wishes have significant causal relationship to confirm a friendly environment perceived satisfaction and revisit intention.
Second, it showed a positive relationship among friendly environment perception, satisfaction and revisiting willingness for international tourists to Taiwan night market. And there will significantly different between tourist of different nationalities
Overall, international tourist satisfied with friendly environment perception about Taipei night market. They feel it is worthwhile to visit Taiwan night market and would like to revisit and recommend.
Finally, according to the research result and the future research area, we give recommendation to related unit to formulate new policy.
