為了因應無形資產越來越重要,企業興起一股搶人風(李誠,2006)。104人力銀行發現一個新趨勢:薪資與工作生活品質是上班族維持工作的基本需求,因此企業為了招募與留住適合人才,工作生活品質提升已為刻不容緩之務。
本研究經由相關文獻探討,以工作價值觀、勞資關係氣氛與工作生活品質關係為研究架構,過去亦未有學者將三個變項同時研究過,預期結果期望企業能藉由強化員工的工作價值觀來增進員工與直屬主管的關係,進而提升員工的工作生活品質。
本研究以北部保險從業人員為研究對象,抽樣方法是非隨機抽樣中的便利抽樣,回收324份樣本,扣除無效樣本數8份,有效樣本數316份。
研究發現: 1.員工在工作價值觀、勞資關係氣氛與工作生活品質上皆有中上水準2.員工部份背景變項對工作價值觀有顯著差異。3.員工部份背景變項對勞資關係氣氛有顯著差異。4.員工部份背景變項對工作生活品質有顯著差異。5.工作價值觀對勞資關係氣氛有顯著正向影響。6.勞資關係氣氛對工作生活品質有顯著正向影響。

My study through related literary review to adopt Work Value、IndustrialRelation Climate and Quality of Work Life as research framework.However never have three variables together’s study in the past. Expectation result is expect enterprise can through strengthens employee’s Work Value.To enhance employee and immediate manager relation. And thus enhance employee’s Quality of Work Life.
My study’s object is norther part insurance industrial employee. Sampling method is non-random sampling’s convenience sampling. Sample recovers 324 parts .Deduct invalid samples.Effective samples have 316 parts .
Study discover :1. Three variables sample situation have up middle level.Between common and agree.2. Employee’s part background variables notably effect Work Value.3. Employee’s part background variables notably effect Industrial Relation Climate.4.Employee’s part background variables notably effect Quality of Work Life.5. Work Value can notably positive effect Industrial Relation Climate.6. Industrial Relation Climate can notably positive effect Quality of Work Life.
