    摘要: 為維持國內美髮產業競爭優勢及企業永續發展,經營者需要積極培育具有潛力能成功扮演連鎖美髮店長角色之管理人才。本研究旨在確認連鎖美髮店長工作內容及應該具備何種職能項目可幫助其順利執行職務,期能提供業界選拔連鎖美髮店長人選之參考。本研究採取質化研究之深度訪談法,訪談十位成功扮演連鎖美髮店長之優秀店長及三位連鎖美髮主管,將其訪談內容整理歸納並以紮根理論分析得出以下二點結果:
    一、連鎖美髮店長的十四項工作內容:1.營造工作團隊良好氣氛並提升員工士氣、2.依當日現場營業狀況分配員工職務、3. 輔導與員工溝通並降低員工流動率、4.隨時注意現場工作人員及顧客反應給予回應、5.深耕商圈並落實執行總公司行銷企劃、6.重視潛在客戶與未來可能服務空間、7.帶領全店達到當月業績目標、8.了解分析財務報表及數據、9.管理物料耗損及盤點美髮產品庫存、10.督導設計師和助理精進美髮專業技能、11.塑造店內文化與價值觀、12.落實總公司經營方針並定期召開店務會議及政令宣導、13.維護並建立工作場所安全衛生管理、14.處理緊急事件及危機管理。
    二、連鎖美髮店長之必要職能:團隊領導、顧客服務、培育部屬;充分職能項目:溝通協調、目標達成力、執行力、問題解決。
    In order to maintain the competitive advantage and sustained development of domestic hairdressing industry in Taiwan. Operators should actively foster the potential those who can play a successful role for chain hairdressing store managers. The study aims to confirm the content of chain hairdressing store manager’s job and what competency the manager needs to help him carry out the job smoothly. Hoping to provide the chain hairdressing stores a good reference for choosing the managers. There are 10 successful chain hairdressing store managers and 3 supervisors were interviewed. There are two conclusions on follow:
    1.The main tasks of chain hairdressing store managers as follow:
    1.1 To build a good atmosphere for team and encourage the staff’s morale.
    1.2 To assign the staff’s work according to daily business condition.
    1.3 To tutor and communicate the staff and reduce the turnover.
    1.4 To responses the scene staff and customer’s reaction.
    1.5 To explore deeply business circle and firmly implement the head office company marketing plan.
    1.6 To pay attention to the potential clients and the future possible service space.
    1.7 To lead the stores to the goal of month performance.
    1.8 To understand and analyze the financial statements and data.
    1.9 To mange material loss and make an inventory.
    1.10 To direct the designers and assistants by sophisticated professional skills.
    1.11 To create the culture and value version of the stores.
    1.12 To implement firmly the business approach of head office and convene store meeting, government decree
    propaganda regularly.
    1.13 To maintain and build the management safety and health.
    1.14 To handle the emergency and crisis management.
    2. The necessary competency for a chain hairdressing store manager as follow: leading the work team, customer service, actuation training; The sufficient competency: communication skills, goal setting, execution, problem solving.
