本研究中,我們利用半流動式超臨界二氧化碳流體設備,對沉香木進行沉香精油的萃取。實驗組合用運用到實驗設計法(Design of Experiments)來設計實驗的組合,分別以溫度、壓力、流量三者作為實驗的條件因子,各組實驗的條件因子分別都具有三種水準,進行三水準之三因子實驗(Three-Level Three -Factor Experiments),總共27 組,實驗設計的溫度條件為318.15 K、323.15 K、328.15 K,
壓力條件為200 bar、250 bar、300 bar,流量條件則為4 L/hr、6.0 L/hr、8 L/hr。接著使用重量百分比公式分別計算各種實驗組合之沉香精油產率。接著進行變異數以及二階模式之分析,並加以探討各條件因子與條件因子兩者之間的交互作用並對產率之影響,以及分析最佳的萃取條件。
In this study, we use semi-mobile type apparatus to extracting agarwood oil by Supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. And use the Design of Experiments to design experiment combination, According to three kind of experimental factors, including temperature, pressure and the flow rate of CO2.All of experimental factors have three level to do Three-Level Three-Factor Experiments. Total of experimens in this study are twenty-seven experimental data.
The experimental data were taken at 318.15 K, 323.15 K, and 328.15 K of temperature, 200 bar, 250 bar, and 300 bar of pressure, and 4L/hr, 6 L/hr and 8 L/hr of flow rate. And use the equation of weight percentage to
calculating the yield of agarwood oil. Finally, use the experimental data to do analysis of variance (ANOVA) and second-order model analyze, it can explicitly expressed what kind of experiment design for extracting agarwood oil yield is better.
