    摘要: 本研究探討女性創業家之創業資源對創業績效的影響，並以創業環境為干擾變數，探討對創業績效的調節效果。研究對象為女性創業育成班之女性創業者，採問卷調查法，統計共提出兩大項假設，包括女性創業家之創業資源程度越高，對創業績效有正向影響以及女性創業家的創業環境會弱化創業資源與創業績效。
    研究結果顯示，女性創業家擁有的創業資源，包含人力資本、社會資本、財務資本，均對於創業績效有正向的顯著影響，此外，女性創業環境中的市場環境威脅對於女性創業績效的干擾效果大於創業環境中的競爭者威脅及技術威脅。研究結果可提供女性創業者檢視其所擁有的資源，與所處的環境的狀況，以確保創業績效的達成，同時也提供政府決策當局於資源挹注與創業輔導時的參考。
    This study probes into the relationship between women entrepreneurial resources and performances ad entrepreneurial environment moderation variables, use samples from female entrepreneurial so as to provide reference for entrepreneurs-to-be. The sample targets for this study are women entrepreneurs in Taiwan. A questionnaire is is-sued to each of the selected 118 enterprises. Among which, 112 of the total effective and reclaimed with a reclamation rate of 84%. Using SPSS statistical software, descrip-tive statistics, confidence analysis, factor analysis, canonical correlation analysis, re-gression analysis and other statistical methods are used for empirical study.
    From the results of the study, women entrepreneurial resources (include human capital, social capital and financial capital) have an eminent influence on entrepreneurial performance. Besides, Female entrepreneurial environment in the market for envi-ronmental threats interference effect is greater than the performance of female entre-preneurs in the business environment and technology threat threaten competitors. The results can provide women entrepreneurs view the status of their own resources and the environment to ensure that the entrepreneurial performance. It also provides reference to government decision-making authority to inject resources when and business counseling.
