    摘要: 本研究將以目前各產業之勞工為研究對象,探討職場霸凌、職場孤立與離職傾向關聯性之研究─以工作壓力為中介變項之關係。
    首先以U檢定及H檢定分析個人背景變項對於此四構面的影響。
    其次再以Spearman相關分析探討各變項之間是否存在正、負向關係存在。
    最後透過迴歸分析探討因果關係,並驗證變項之中介效果存在。
    本研究採用問卷調查法,共發放400份問卷。
    本研究結果發現,個人背景變項包含性別、年齡、婚姻、教育程度及產業別對職場霸凌、職場孤立、工作壓力及離職傾向四個變項之部分構面具有顯著差異。
    另外透過Spearmen相關分析與迴歸分析可發現,職場霸凌、職場孤立、工作壓力及離職傾向關係為:
    一、職場霸凌之工作霸凌對於離職傾向具有正向顯著影響;
    二、職場孤立之人際疏離對於離職傾向具有正向顯著影響;
    三、工作壓力各構面對於離職傾向具有顯著影響;
    四、工作壓力對於職場霸凌與離職傾向具有部分顯著之中介效果;
    五、工作壓力對於職場孤立與離職傾向具有部分顯著之中介效果。
    最後再根據研究結果提出研究結論與建議。
    This study, selected job stress as the intermediator, trying to find out the relationships among workplace bullying, workplace isolation and turnover intention of the labor in different industries. Firstly, the study analyzed the influences of demographic variables to the four dimensions by U test and T test. Secondly it discussed the positive and negative effects relationships among the variables by using spearman correlation analysis. Finally it employed the regression analysis to explore the causal relationships among the variables. This study was conducted through the questionnaire survey and totally sent out 400 questionnaires.
    The study found out that demographic variables for these three dimensions have partial significance among different demographic variables; the demographic variables include gender, age, marital status, education background and job area.
    Also the researcher found out the influences of workplace bullying, workplace isolation, job stress to the turnover intention; Firstly, work bullying of workplace bullying has significantly positive effect on turnover intention; Secondly, interpersonal alienation of workplace isolation has significantly effect on turnover intention; Third, each facets of job stress has significantly positive effect on turnover intention; Fourth, job stress plays the vital intermediary role in the relationship between workplace bullying and turnover intention; At last, job stress plays the vital mediating role in the relationship between workplace isolation and turnover intention. In the end of the study, the researcher provided the conclusions and suggestions both based on the results of the study.
