摘要: | 本文針對紡織產業對於台灣來說是主要工業發展的重要推手,台灣成衣與染整廠產業曾經在全世界成衣代工領域佔有極高的地位,不過隨著環境轉變,台灣的人力及生產成本逐漸提高使得傳統染整廠及成衣代工產業快速萎縮,不少傳統染整廠及成衣產業轉移至東南亞例如:大陸、越南、柬埔寨,孟加拉等地區,不過還是有許多歐美的品牌買主及較高單價機能性衣物及其行銷通路的優勢仍然存在,而其他代工強國崛起卻硬生生把台灣代工產業的優勢取代,台灣的傳統染整廠及成衣廠商勢必要轉型升級並找出自己於傳統產業鏈中的定位與核心價值的競爭力才能永續經營及發展。
本研究以正在企圖成立成衣部門的富順纖維工業股份有限公司為探討對象,透過資料收集以紡織業成功轉型打響品牌的宏遠興業公司幸福台灣EverSmile的成功關鍵因素來探討目前富順於過去的經營歷程優勢與未來方向,如何應用成功品牌成立的關鍵也應用於富順即將轉型走向成衣開發如何成功打出品牌的關鍵因素。許多企業之所以會有轉型的想法主要是例如:訂單量難以掌控,各布廠削價競爭利潤低,同質性廠商過多,為能提高競爭力,因此許多傳統染整場希望能透過轉型升級策略,使生產更有彈性,轉型兼具上、中、下游為更完整的一條龍生產計畫,從OEM轉變為OBM,不再是只單純靠各成衣品牌下單然後生產布料,同時也自己製造成衣,進一步成立品牌,直接面對消費者。本研究藉宏遠興業公司已成功轉型為品牌的傳統紡織廠的成功關鍵,整理並應用於富順工業股份有限公司即將轉型的狀況提供建議。
