在網際網路的環境下,電子商務對個人資料需求性大大的增加,因此個人資料保護的問題是值得重視的。未來電子商務之規模將隨著科技發達及商業交易之多樣性逐漸擴大,電子商務業者若不即早因應相關個人資料保護的要求將影響社會經濟甚鉅,亦無法取得國際社會之認同,對我國科技及經濟之影響不容小視。
本研究之目標為中小型電子商務,亦為新版個人資料保護法需符合及合法之企業。中小型業者往往在投入人力於客戶個人資料妥善應用間徘徊,對於客戶個人資料妥善應用之適法性問題成為中小企業管理的困難。
Under the environment of the Internet, e-commerce greatly increases the demand of personal data. Therefore, the protection of personal data is worth to value. In the future, the scale of e-commerce will gradually broaden with technological advances and the multiplicity of business transactions. If the industries of e-commerce don’t take actions on the requirements of personal data protection immediately, it will affect the socio-economic hugely; also will be unable to obtain the identity of the international community. The influence of our economy and technology cannot be overlooked.
