本研究旨在建構國小課後照顧服務人員專業能力指標,先經由文獻分析與訪談,作為建構國小課後照顧服務人員專業能力指標之依據,再透過專家審題建立指標問卷。本研究採行傳統德非法,邀請相關領域之學界、實務與官方之專家組成德菲專家群,在三回合的德菲問卷調查並取得共識後,建立國小課後照顧服務人員專業能力指標。據此,本研究之結論如下:壹、國小課後照顧服務人員專業能力指標包含三個層面、十六個構面與五十九個細項指標。貳、國小課後照顧服務人員專業能力應包括專業知識、技能、態度三個層面平衡發展。參、運用傳統德菲法方式建構國小課後照顧服務人員專業能力指標有其優點與限制。肆、國小課後照顧服務人員專業能力指標重視實務需求之落實。
最後根據研究結果提出具體建議,作為國小課後照顧服務人員專業能力評鑑與人才培訓與後續研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to construct the indicators of professional competency for elementary after-school care services workers through literature review and interview. Then, the experts examined and analyzed the questions to construct the primary questionnaire. The study performed Delphi Technique to construct the indicators, and invited experts from different fields to build expert panel. After the expert panel reached the consensus, the indicators of professional competency for elementary after-school care services workers was constructed. The results were as follows: 1.The indicators of professional competency for elementary after-school care services workers included three domains, sixteen dimensions and fifty nine indicators. 2. Professional competency for elementary after-school care services workers should develop professional knowledge, skills and attitude. 3. The advantages and limit appeared in constructing indicators of professional competency for elementary after-school care services workers. 4. The indicators of elementary after-school care services workers should put into practice.
According to the results, some suggestions were given to the construction of the indicators of professional competency for elementary after-school care services workers and other further studies.
