    摘要: 背景:運動員在從事不熟悉的動作或過度訓練時往往會產生負面效果,容易感到疲憊、肌肉痠痛,往往是因為發炎而造成骨骼肌傷害,所以若可減少肌肉因運動傷害所產生的發炎反應,對於運動員的訓練效能,應該會有提升的效果。根據中醫典籍【傷寒論】「芍藥甘草湯:傷寒傷陰,筋脈失濡,腿腳攣急,心煩,肝脾不和,脘腹疼痛。」可見具有消腫、抗發炎作用。目的:探討每日口服芍藥甘草湯複方,是否可以減緩大鼠離心收縮運動所引起的肌肉損傷指標。方法:五週齡雄性SD大鼠25隻隨機分成5組(每組5隻)。方法:建立一個下坡16∘離心跑步的動物模型(速度:16公尺/分鐘,跑90分鐘)分別給予不同劑量的芍藥甘草湯(20、100、200mg/隻)來觀察大鼠經過五天下坡跑步對血液生化指標的影響並將本研究所得各項資料以SPSS 22.0套裝軟體處理,測量結果以平均值±標準誤差(Mean ± S.E.M.)表示。組與組間的差異使用One Way- ANOVA來進行檢定。結果:連續五天的離心下坡跑步在給予芍藥甘草湯複方後對血液生化指標:肌酸磷酸激酶(creatine phosphokinase, CPK)、乳酸脫氫酶(lactic dehydrogenase, LDH)、尿酸(uric acid, UA)、血液尿素氮(blood urine nitrogen, BUN)、肌酸酐(creatinine, CRE)、麩氨草醋酸轉氨酶(aspartate glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase, AST/GOT))的表現有明顯降低的效果。結論:芍藥甘草湯複方可以有效預防或緩解離心運動後所引起的骨骼肌損傷。
    Background: Athletes engaged in unfamiliar action or being over trained tend to have negative effects of tiredness and soreness of muscles, which often resulted from inflammation induced by skeletal muscle injury. The effectiveness of the athletes training would be enhanced if the inflammation arose from sports injuries can be reduced. According to the Chinese classics [Shang Han Lun/Treatise on febrile diseases], Shaoyao-Gancao Decoction (SYGCD) is used to treat diseases of infectious diseases with tissue fluid loss, spasm of skeletal and smooth muscles, annoying mood and abdominal pain due to emotional stress. We use it to treat spasm of skeletal and smooth muscles clinically. Objective: To test whether oral SYGCD everyday can reduce the skeletal muscle injury in rats subjected to eccentric exercise. Methods: Five groups of randomly allocated 5-week old male SD-rats were subjected to 16∘downhill running (speed: 16 m / min, running 90 minutes) in a rodent treadmill, with previously oral fed with SYGCD (20,100,200 mg/daily), resveratrol (1mg) and vehicle (n=5 in each group) for 5 days. All values in the context and figures are presented as means ± standard error of means (Means ± SEM), and analyzed by One-Way ANOVA in a SPSS 22.0 software package. Values of P<0.05 were considered significance. Results: SYGCD significantly reduced the serum levels of creatine phosphokinase (CPK), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), uric acid (UA), blood urine nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (CRE), and aspartate glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (AST / GOT) in rats subjected to eccentric exercise. Conclusion: Shaoyao-Gancao Decoction (SYGCD) is effective in preventing or improving skeletal muscle injury caused by eccentric exercise.
