現今社會裡,運動已成為人們生活中的一部分,各類運動用品形成了龐大的商機。其中,相對應的功能性服飾佔有十分搶眼的地位,也是市場上主要的開發方向。本實驗則是選擇水類活動中所使用到的複合織物,做為研究的對象。
實驗中所選用的複合織物,是以Nylon + Spandex的針織布與發泡材進行單面貼合而成。藉由改變複合織物上針織布的丹尼數與針數,進而對複合織物的伸長率、爆破強度、及含水量進行探討。
從實驗中可觀察到,當針織布為50丹尼 & 32針/吋時,其製成的複合織物擁有最佳的伸長率;爆破強度的部分會隨著針織布的丹尼數增加而提高,也會隨其針數增加而提高;而含水率則是無論針織布的丹尼數或者針數增加,其數值都會隨之提高。
Nowadays, sport has become a part of life, all kinds of sport goods formed a huge opportunity. Among them, the functional clothing is a very important development direction in the market. This investigation choose hybrid knitted fabric as the object, and which is utilized in the water sports.
The hybrid fabric in the experiment means that knitted fabric bonded with a foam material. The knitted fabric is manufactured by Nylon + Spandex. Physical properties of the composite fabric, bursting strength, elongation and moisture content, were investigated with varied denier/ gauge of knitted fabric.
The experiment showed, when fabric manufactured by 50 denier and 32 gauge, hybrid fabric has best elongation; when denier/gauge increase, bursting strength will increase; moisture content will add when denier/ gauge increase.
