    摘要: 前人研究顯示不當督導會影響情緒耗竭,但尚未有以情緒智力為干擾變數之研究,因此,本研究探討不當督導對情緒耗竭之影響,並以情緒智力為干擾變項,探討其對不當督導及情緒耗竭間的干擾效果。
    本研究對象為房仲業務工作者,總共回收270份問卷,刪除無效問卷19份共計有效樣本251份,回收率為92.9%,實證分析結果顯示,在不當督導與情緒耗竭皆為顯著正相關的關係,而情緒智力的自我情緒評估、他人情緒評估、情緒運用及情緒調節構面,則會干擾不當督導與情緒耗竭間之關係。最後,本研究依據上述之研究結果,提出具體的理論與管理意涵,以及後續研究的方向。
    Even, there is other research to evidence “abusive supervision” will effect Emotional Exhaustion. But there is no other shows Emotional Intelligence is part of reason. Therefore , this research focus on “abusive supervision” will effect Emotional Exhaustion also add Emotional Intelligence as part of element to show the affection between “abusive supervision” and Emotional Exhaustion.

    The participants in this study were realtor. Among 270 questionnaires there is 19 invalid questionnaires, 251 valid questionnaires. The effective response rate is 92.90 % . After analysis, it shows affection between “supervise improperly” Emotional Exhaustion if added the “self-emotion appraisal”、”other- emotion appraisal”、”use of emotion” and “regulation of emotion” element of Emotional Intelligence also shows affection between “supervise improperly” and Emotional Exhaustion. According to above analysis in order to built better management theory and system in the organization also for future study.
