    Abstract: 本研究主要以質性研究中的深度訪談法探討台越新住民家庭中台灣先生的婚姻適應,以及其對我國現行新住民有關的服務措施之感受與建議,共計有七名受訪者接受訪談。研究發現,現今台灣先生所遇到的婚姻適應課題與先前研究結果雷同;在適應方法方面,因為個性會影響台灣先生的選擇,且他們認為婚姻過程中的各種課題應是由夫妻雙方一同面對,同時,是否能體現對太太越南文化的重視,以及是否有足夠可提供協助的親友支持資源,均會影響適應的結果,所以本研究認為,如果台灣先生在適應方法上,能培力足夠的親屬支持資源,或者多重視與接納太太越南母國的文化,那麼將有助於發展更好的適應結果。據此,本研究建議台灣先生及政府有關單位可透過善用社會資本、重視多元文化與性別平等,以及充權培力等策略,來促成良好的跨國婚姻適應。
    The purposes of this research is to understand the marital adjustment in new immigrant families in terms of Taiwanese husbands perspective with interview survey from seven participants. The research found that they were better adjusted if they could value Vietnamese culture, if they could have better support from other family members and friends. In addition, the ways what they choose to solve problem are affected by their personality , and they have an idea that the issues of marital adjustment should be deal with by couples .
