慈恩寺原來是個官寺,後來變成梵居,並以風景勝地聞名,成為皇室貴族、文士詩人乃至長安百姓留連吟詠之地,他們賞覽自然,恣情淹留,多有吟詠紀題。其內容或關於祝壽、祭祀、禮佛;或屬於應制唱酬、登高抒懷、憶舊詠嘆;其書寫方式或係同題共作;或採分題而詠、或係獨自登臨;有即興題寫書壁以示後觀、亦有吟詠寄贈以傳同好,甚至一題再題;成為唐代寺廟詩歌的一個重點。本論文總計收入慈恩塔寺題詩九四首,詩人七三人,分自慈恩寺塔的地理位置、慈恩寺塔的文物風光、雁塔題名的風習、慈恩塔寺之題詩進行析論,終以這些詩歌文化生活的層面、社會傳播的意義以及文學藝術的價值進行觀察作結。
The historical record shows that Buddhist Temple of Grace (Ci'en Temple) was originally the royal temple which was built by King Gaozong in memory of his late mother Empress Wende, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda was built in the west courtyard of Ci'en Temple later. Master Xuan Zang not only supervised this construction but also house the Buddhist scriptures and the Buddhist relics he brought back from the west. Moreover, ”Autographing at the Wild Goose Pagoda” hence had an extended meaning of obtaining a Jinshi Degree, something that every Tang Dynasty scholar longing for. Due to become the famous sightseeing point in Tang Dynasty, many poets such as Cen Sen, Du Fu and Gao Shi visited here and wrote a number of poems on the pagoda. Those poems were recited from various point of views including praising to the Emperor, worship to the Buddha, as well as expressing their strong emotions of the life and were expressed through reciting the same or different title altogether now all becomes the masterpieces.The studies of 94 poems written by 73 poets will be analyzed based on location and history, and will illustrate the custom of ”Autographing at the Wild Goose Pagoda” and the features of poems on the Ci'en Temple and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in Tang Dynasty. Finally, I will conclude this studies by valuing those poems from cultural aspect, literarily aesthetic view and significance of social communications in Tang Dynasty.
