Abstract:	本文作者分別依據滿清末造、日本殖民以及光復以後，臺灣鐵路百餘年來的歷史過程，包括臺灣鐵路的規劃與軟硬體建構，作為近代以來臺灣歷屆政府對於臺灣的施政建設之態度與方針的討論與分析，並提出結論。
